We can fit every model in our production range of wine piston pumps with self-cooled Variable Frequency Drives. These devices let the ability to trim pump's output flow from 40% to 100%, in order to make full use of the machine in every working condition, by mean of a simple rotary knob placed on the control board, for example to match a fixed-flow eqipment such as heat exchangers. Another great advantage of using VFD on wine piston pumps is that starts and stops are really “smooth”, in order to avoid hard processing for the transferred floid, minimizing energy consumption and mechanical wear, using just the bare minimum power to pump, maybe using the optional load gauge.
